
Paulson joined Magnolia Medical Clinic in 2017 after retiring from the U.S. Air Force following a more than 25-year career. During his time in the Air Force, Paulson was primarily involved in academic medicine and full-spectrum care for patients of all ages. Paulson joined Magnolia Medical Clinic because of its excellent physicians and staff and the opportunity to continue providing high-quality, comprehensive care for his patients. Paulson enjoys seeing patients of all ages, with nearly a 100-year age difference between his youngest and oldest patients. His interests include sports medicine, including injection therapy for most joints and various musculoskeletal disorders, minor dermatologic surgical procedures, vasectomies, as well as women’s health procedures, including implantable contraception.

Zachary joined Magnolia Medical Clinic in August 2019 because he saw an opportunity to practice medicine in a well-established clinic that provides exceptional health care and is a core part of the Fort Walton Beach community. Zachary grew up in a small town in rural southwest Georgia and had the privilege of watching his grandfather practice family medicine. As a result, at a young age, Zachary saw the impact a good doctor can have on their community. He has enjoyed building his practice at Magnolia Medical Clinic and looks forward to serving his patients and this community for many years. When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, walking the dog around the neighborhood, swimming, playing guitar, playing tennis, and relaxing at the beach.

McDevitt was born and raised in Minnesota and received a Bachelor of Science at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. She completed medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale and her residency at Memorial Hospital in Indiana. After practicing medicine for ten years in rural Minnesota, McDevitt joined Magnolia Medical Clinic in October 2020. She and her husband are the proud parents of five children. McDevitt enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being involved in her church, spending time outdoors, and working out—primarily CrossFit. Partnering with her patients to help them achieve their best health is her passion. She loves caring for patients of all ages, with a particular interest in pediatrics, sports medicine, and nutrition.

Dr. Herndon was born and raised in Louisiana. She received a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Louisiana College and a Master of Science from Mississippi College before completing medical school at LSU in Shreveport. She then completed residency in Southeast Florida before joining Magnolia Medical Clinic. She and her husband have 1 daughter and 2 boxers and are excited to be closer to home while still enjoying the beautiful coast. Dr. Herndon enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and loves exploring the area she lives in. She enjoys forming relationships with her patients and using that information to help tailor medical plans and recommendations specific to you.

Keilah Barton, D.O., is originally from Ohio. She grew up on a small farm and played basketball at Cedarville University while earning a degree in Biology with a minor in Bible studies. She attended medical school at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. She pursued full-spectrum training and moved to Waco, Texas, to complete her residency, with an emphasis on obstetrics and global health. While in Texas, she met her husband and practiced rural medicine for several years, providing obstetrical care, inpatient newborn care, and outpatient medical services before relocating to Florida. She and her husband are new parents and feel blessed to be part of this beautiful community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, connecting with her church community, participating in water sports, hiking, running, swimming, skiing, cooking, and sewing. Keilah Barton, D.O., is excited to join the practice and looks forward to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for years to come.

Reagan is a Physician Assistant who earned her Bachelor’s in Molecular Biology, Master of Biomolecular Science, and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Lipscomb University. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient centered care and building meaningful relationships with those she treats.
Originally from Tennessee, Reagan is excited to be moving to the Fort Walton area and planting roots in the community with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys running, traveling, and reading. Reagan has traveled to more than 30 countries and loves exploring new places whenever she has the chance.

Courtney McGee, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of clinical experience. She is originally from Ohio and earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and completed her Master of Medical Science at Mercer University Physician Assistant Program Her professional experience includes internal medicine and emergency medicine, providing her with a strong clinical foundation in both chronic disease management and acute care. She is committed to delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Courtney values building meaningful relationships with her patients and empowering them to take an active role in their health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs, traveling, going to the gym, and reading.

Lindsey grew up vacationing on the Emerald Coast and is delighted to call it her home.
She brings more than a decade of clinical experience to the practice and has special interests in preventative medicine and women’s health. She loves building relationships with her patients and working together to help them achieve their health goals.
Outside of clinic, Lindsey loves traveling with her family. Some of her favorite destinations are Edinburgh, Scotland and Athens, Greece.

Kristelle has been providing compassionate, patient-centered care along Florida’s Emerald Coast since beginning her healthcare career in 2008. She earned her nursing degree from Northwest Florida State College and later received her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of West Florida.
Before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Kristelle worked in emergency medicine, caring for patients of all ages. She is passionate about building lasting patient relationships and empowering individuals through education so they can take an active role in their health. Kristelle is committed to providing personalized, compassionate care to every patient she serves.
Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her daughter and Boston Terrier on the Emerald Coast.
