What is your cancellation policy?
We understand situations might arise in which you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice.
How do I refill my prescription?
Please call the pharmacy directly to refill your prescription. If you need a printed prescription to bring on base, you may use the patient portal to submit your renewal request. We require 72 hours to process your request.

Can I bring my old or expired prescriptions to the clinic?
No, please do not bring your old presciptions to us. You may bring them to your local Sheriff's office or follow the FDA guidlines for disposing of unused medicines.
